This can be a daunting task and it is something I get questions about all of the time. So I wanted to break down what I have learned and share exactly how I found and hired my team.

I want everyone to know that you do not have to hire anyone if you are not ready. And it is okay to start small by outsourcing a few tasks. You do not have to jump right into hiring a full time employee.

Also, it is okay to do things differently. Consider your business goals and let that drive who you hire and the tasks that they perform.

I’ve been running my business for almost 4 years now and I used to be scared of outsourcing anything. But now I love the team I have and I’m so excited to watch my business grow with their support!
