Business Tools That Will Make Your Life Easier
Today I’m talking all about business tools. As my business has evolved, I’ve found several tools that make my job (and life!) easier and I want to share those with you today.

This is like a walkie-talkie and it saves you from having to do so many phone calls. You can talk back and forth with your clients or team and it is perfect for brainstorming and strategizing.

Receipt Bank makes it so easy to collect and save my receipts so I am organized and ready for tax time.
Calendly is great for easily setting up meetings without the back and forth, time zone confusion, and forgetting the details. It also helps you protect your boundaries of when you’re available.
Honeybook is my preferred client relationship management system and it keeps everything so organized and makes it easy for me to run my projects and serve my clients. Try Honeybook with my 50% off offer!
I use a Google Doc as a brainstorming and communication hub with my clients and folders for file sharing to keep everything organized. Google Drive is also very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Planoly makes it easy to plan Instagram content, even from my desktop. I can save files and have a bank of files to choose from when planning my content.
You can find this free in the App Store and I love being able to track my analytics and see my website traffic from an app. Analytics tell us the stories from our business and they are so fun to check.
This is everything I’ve ever wanted and more! I can get creative and tune into a new way to create. It saves me so much time and it's therapeutic and relaxing.
Loom allows you to easily create videos of yourself and share your screen at the same time. This is a great way to explain something to someone or provide feedback. And you can save Loom videos and watch them over and over.
These are my day-to-day must haves. All of these have made my life so much easier and I hope they can help you, too!
