How to Spring Clean Your Business

105: How to Spring Clean Your Business

Spring is coming and today I’m sharing ways you can spring clean your business.

In this episode, I share...

  • What things you should clean up

  • Why being clean and organized is helpful

  • What to focus on as you clean

The things I suggest cleaning are:

  • Clean up your CRM

Take some time to update and organize things within your CRM.

  • Clean up your email

Check your inbox and make sure you’re deleting or filing what you no longer need.

  • Clean off your computer

Remove or properly save files to keep your computer at peak performance.

  • Clean up your workspace

Make sure your workspace is an area that inspires you, not drains you.

  • Outsource things (in all areas, not just in your business)

Consider what things you could use some extra help with.

  • Clean off your phone

Go through your photos and apps and remove what you no longer need.

  • Update your Accounting records

Go through your books and make any updates as well as tracking down receipts.

  • Clean up your website

Audit your website and make sure it is all up to date and fully functional.

Just let go of all the clutter mentally, emotionally, and physically. Spring is a good time for a fresh start, so find a fresh start in your business too.
