I’ve dealt with a lot over the past few years and I’ve recently realized that I need to take responsibility for my own life. 

Today I’m discussing the changes I’m making in my life so I can truly take care of myself.

Specifically, I discuss the following:

  • Setting strict boundaries in my life

  • Being intentional about my health

  • Being consistent with therapy

  • Working out every day

  • Spending time outside every day

  • Not dating for the next few months

  • Limiting my alcohol intake

  • Not consuming gluten

  • Reading and listening to podcasts

I’ve been worried about so many other things and people for so long, but no one was taking care of me. It is time for me to take care of myself. 

I want you to realize how important your physical, mental, and emotional health are too. Remove the toxic things from your life and become the best version of yourself.
