Why Letting Go Can Create Space for Good Things

A common trait amongst us entrepreneurs, service providers, and business owners is the tendency to overthink and to care a little too much about what others think of us. And if this is you, I totally understand and I’ve been there myself. This is why this episode is for all the “people pleasers” (like myself). Today, I’ll share my story on why you should never take things too personally in both business and in life.

In this episode, I share...

  • Why taking things personally in business forces us deeper into our own heads and why it’s unrealistic to make every single person happy

  • Shifting your focus to the things you actually want to grow

  • The important act of letting things go and releasing the need to be everything for everyone

I share the lesson that my grandma taught me at a young age about people-pleasing and why it’s an unrealistic expectation.

Plus, I discuss the hot topic of manifestation and why it’s entirely possible to manifest negativity when you’re pouring your energy into negative thoughts. Instead, I share why shifting your focus into the things you want to grow will be more beneficial in the long run.

Finally, I also talk about the importance of letting things go and releasing the clients, tasks, and things that no longer serve you.

This episode is your permission and reminder to find and align with whatever lights you up. If you’re struggling with letting go of a difficult client, or maybe you overthink and find yourself deep in negative thoughts, tune in as I share my own struggles and why letting go of things that no longer served me allowed me to move forward with the things that do.
