Discovering your Brand Voice with Mackenzie B. Fleming

If you’re looking for ways to create a unique brand voice, this episode is for you! I’m talking with my good friend Mackenzie, who is not afraid to drop the f bomb and use her copy to truly reflect who she is.

Mackenzie B. Fleming is a copywriter and brand storyteller for powerhouse female coaches.

In this episode, Mackenzie shares...

  • How to stay true to your brand voice

  • Ways to be genuine and still attract and convert your people

  • Why repelling the wrong people is actually a good thing

Mackenzie defines brand voice as the personality that runs through your communications and messaging. It is what allows you to stand out from the masses online and to develop those real, strong connections with your perfect people.

She tells people to write how they speak, and she says a good way to do this is to look through your text messages and DMs for the words and phrases that keep appearing. Start incorporating those into your brand voice for your business.

Mackenzie says she has received negative feedback for using her unique brand voice, but the benefits of attracting more of the right people far outweighs offending a few people.

I hope this helps you refine your brand voice so you can attract and convert your ideal clients!
