107: 5 Things to STOP Doing in Your Business

• Stop comparing yourself to others

Comparison robs us of so much joy throughout the journey.

• Stop overcommitting with unrealistic deadlines and saying ‘yes’ to everything

Allow yourself to slow down and be human.

• Stop responding to things immediately

Turn off your notifications. You do not need to be available all of the time.

• Stop doing things because you think you should and not because they feel aligned

Business is not ‘one size fits all’ so do what works best for YOU.

• Stop prioritizing work over your mental and physical health

Stop working 6 or 7 days a week, take the beaks that you need.

I want you to be so obsessed with taking care of yourself. Allow yourself to stop doing the things that lead to burnout and having a business that you hate.
