Fran is the CEO of The Pod Factory where they manage all things around podcasting. Fran fell in love with podcasting when she first launched her show Franly Advice, formerly known as  Becoming The Lender. 

Since that day, Fran has implemented and tested dozens of strategies to determine what works best when launching and scaling a podcast.

Fran is obsessed with assisting fellow bosses with producing epic podcast episodes and getting their content in front of their target audience through digital marketing strategies.

Fran shares how she has been able to build her team that she trusts. She says she empowers them to make mistakes because mistakes are how we learn.

We also talk about podcasting. Many people think of making money from podcasts with advertising. But Fran says most of her clients make money by getting clients who listen to their podcasts. She shares some advice she gives her clients to make their podcasts really work for their businesses.
