127: What Does Manifesting Really Look Like? with Cara Viana

When you first see signs from the universe or explore manifestation it can feel very “woo” or far fetched. But all of us are manifesting all of the time because we are vibrational magnets, we are energy and we are always magnetizing things to us.

So when we talk about manifesting, really what we’re saying is “let’s hack the system to attract the things that we actually want into our lives.”

Cara says when you think about your desire, notice what you are feeling in relation to it. That will inform what kind of practice to do with the desire. If you feel good about something, you’re on the right track. If you feel worry or angst around something then back off.

Cara also says if you don’t know what you want, consider what feeling you want to experience. You don’t have to be specific about every detail to manifest things.
