What to do When You're Feeling Discouraged in Your Business

108: What to do When You're Feeling Discouraged in Your Business

If you are feeling discouraged in your business lately, you are not alone. I’ve talked to so many people lately who feel this way, and I have felt this way myself too.

In this episode, I share...

  • Things you can do to move the needle in your business

  • Actions I’ve taken and the results I’ve created

  • Ways to adjust your perspective to feel better right now

The advice I have when you’re feeling discouraged is:

  • Be honest with yourself

Ask yourself if you are doing what you really need to be doing, what has changed from last month, and if you’re showing up in a way that you know will work.

  • Ask for help

Lean on your community, you don't have to go through this alone.

  • Look at your numbers and analytics

Study your own business to see what you have done that works best.

  • Look at your business as a whole from day 1

Consider how far you’ve come and how you always make things work out.

  • Write down a list of opportunities

Make a list of things you could do such as being a podcast guest or going to local networking events.

  • Stop measuring results in financial aspects only

Look at how you’re living your life and measure your happiness level.

  • Don’t try to power through

Take a step back and take time to rest and recharge.

I hope this helps you when you are feeling down about your business. Always remember that you are not alone and there are brighter days ahead!
