How to Incorporate Play in Your Day with Rachel Rai

101: How to Incorporate Play in Your Day with Rachel Rai

Today I’m talking with my friend and incredible creative, Rachel Rai.

Rachel is a creativity educator, a social entrepreneur, and an all around advocate of teaching millennials to manifest magical lives through intention, creativity, and play. She is the founder of Millennial Magic Movement, where she teaches and partners with other millennials on the process of mastering and monetizing your career passion.

In this episode, Rachel shares…

  • Why loss can be a major point for change

  • How play creates a state of flow

  • Ways to intentionally incorporate play into your day

Rachel says play is her way of making sure she remembers that she doesn’t need to sacrifice her integrity, influence, or income to be well.

Rachel encourages everyone to discover where they are on the creative cycle journey and optimize it.

I could talk to Rachel forever about this! I hope you take her advice and work to incorporate more play into your day.
