Answering Questions from Designers

CMTA+Ep+61v3.png

This episode is a little different than my usual episodes. I actually asked designers who follow me on Instagram to submit all of their questions to me and I’m going to answer them all here today.

The questions I got asked were:

  • How do I balance all the things I need to do to get my creative business off the ground?

  • What about design systems - how do you start and are they worth it?

  • What is the best way to build design skills and gain confidence as a newbie?

  • What is a typical day in your life like?

  • How do you manage all of your projects and getting new clients too?

  • Honeybook or Dubsado?

  • What’s one thing you wish you knew when you started?

  • How do you handle difficult clients who don’t seem to like anything you send them?

  • What do you do when you feel like you have no ideas for a project?

  • What do you do if a client asks for a refund?

I hope you enjoy this episode and my answers help you. I know things aren’t always easy as a done-for-you service provider.
